描述

Hexamethonium chloride 優先阻斷自主神經節的煙堿受體，僅在高劑量時才能穿過血腦屏障。煙堿型乙酰膽堿受體 (nAChR) 負責認知功能。阻斷這種受體會導致認知障礙。 nAChR 拮抗劑用于研究受體功能喪失的影響。六甲銨對阻斷 nAChR 具有外圍作用。
