1,1-環丙烷二羧酸，用作 1-氨基環丙烷-1-羧酸氧化酶的抑制劑，通過 HPLC-電噴霧串聯質譜在番茄中進行了定量。已經報道了環丙烷-1,1-二羧酸的晶體和分子結構。環丙烷-1,1-二羧酸用于制備含有噻二唑和 1,2,4-三唑部分的環丙烷二羧酸的新雜環衍生物。它還用于制備螺環丙基金屬環。它還可用作合成一系列具有抗真菌活性的環丙烷甲酰胺的構件。
