描述

鹽酸胍 (GdnHCl) 涉及由于酶失活而導致的構象變化和酶活性喪失。它與花椒中堿性磷酸酶 (ALPase) 酶的活性喪失有關。 GdnHCl 通過阻礙體內熱休克蛋白 104 (Hsp104) 三磷酸腺苷酶 (ATPase) 的活性發揮作用。它還可以使木瓜蛋白酶和氨基環化酶等酶失活。較高濃度的 GdnHCl 導致單純皰疹病毒 1 (HSV-1) 的病毒滅活。
