描述

一種天然酚類化合物。具有抗炎和抗氧化特性的強效抗腫瘤劑。姜黃素除了具有化學治療活性外，還被認為是一種潛在的化學預防劑。誘導癌細胞凋亡并抑制佛波酯誘導的蛋白激酶 C (PKC) 活性。據報道可抑制外周血單核細胞和肺泡巨噬細胞產生炎性細胞因子。 EGFR酪氨酸激酶和IκB激酶的強效抑制劑。抑制誘導型一氧化氮合酶 (iNOS)、環氧合酶和脂氧合酶。容易滲入細胞質，在質膜、內質網、核膜等膜結構中積累。
