描述

6(5H)-Phenanthridinone 被用作探究 PARP 在細胞對輻射的反應中的作用的探針。用 6(5H)-菲啶酮和各種 DNA 損傷劑處理細胞顯示出對細胞凋亡的抵抗力。它在 5,6-二氫菲啶磺胺的合成、與二苯乙炔的氧化偶聯、乙酸銅催化的環酰胺的 N-環丙基化反應中充當反應物。用作HIV-1整合酶抑制劑。
