(2-Chloro-6-ethoxy-4-formylphenoxy)acetic Acid can be obtained from Ethyl Vanillin (E932100) which is used as a flavorant, which is about three times as potent as vanillin (V097500) and can be utilized in the production of chocolate. Ethyl Vanillin (E932100) has also shown to have antioxidant properties.
