描述

溴甲酚綠主要用于測定血清白蛋白。在酸性條件下，溴甲酚綠與白蛋白相互作用，從而導致 630nm 處的吸光度增加。吸光度的變化與白蛋白的濃度有關。溴甲酚綠也是一種 pH 指示劑，從黃色 (pH 4.0) 變為藍色 (5.4)。
