描述

五氟丙酸酐用作胺和醇的衍生劑。用于制備酚酸的鹵代衍生物，用于測定腦脊液中一些生物學上重要的酸類，作為檢測1,2,3,4-四氫異喹啉和1-甲基-1,2的衍生試劑， 3,4-四氫異喹啉作為來自未處理大鼠腦的內源性胺，通過 GC 多離子檢測和通過氣液色譜法同時測定大鼠紋狀體中多巴胺的主要代謝物。
